Terry Clemson is the singer and guitarist in the
band. After leaving the Sect, he toured with Motown artist Edwin Starr, and also played for the fabulous Temptations at London's famous club, The Scotch of St.James. However, although successful in the Rhythm'n'Blues field, Terry yearned to return to his true love of 50's Rock'n'Roll. |

In the late 60's and early 70's Terry worked with several of the major stars. He played lead guitar for the Houseshakers, and they backed Gene Vincent on his last tours of the UK and Europe, and also did radio and recording sessions with him. More on the connection with Gene Vincent

Terry has played guitar for his heroes Chuck Berry and Bo Diddley at Wembley in 1972. In fact, Terry can claim to be the first guitarist ever to play at a rock concert at Wembley Stadium, even before such greats as Eric Clapton played there! There is a movie of this concert which has been shown at cinemas all over the world, and more recently it's been seen on TV.
| In 1973 Terry formed the
Hellraisers, who
recorded for Contour and Charly Records.

He's worked with many artists on the British Rockin' scene, including Heinz, Tommy Bruce, Wee Willie Harris, Billie Davis, and the great Screaming Lord Sutch
|
He was also an honorary member of the
Wild Angels,
one of Britain's finest Rock'n'Roll bands. Although Terry could not always join
them because of other commitments, Bill Kingston would always ask Terry
to tour with them, and Bill and Terry are great friends to this day.
Thanks to the late, great Screaming Lord (David) Sutch for these notes.
