Leeds R'n'R Club. The dance floor was full all night,
and the band were very well received . Clive immediately booked them for his new
Sunday night club.
The TTs are still one of the most popular bands at The Pav
after 18years of performing there. They started
it off in the first week of February 1990, and played every week for about 8
years !! This is a pub where they really appreciate good old fashion rock and
roll.
A recent gig at the famous West London Rock'n'Roll venue the
Winning
Post was a huge success. Lots of dancers on the floor all night. Promoters
Evelyne and Peter
were very pleased with the enthusiastic reception the audience gave the band.
Peter is now the resident DJ and uses his novel rock n roll video screen showing
some stars of the past performing their famous numbers. This is the third year
running we have played the this super club.

Pictures
well-respected record producer in Nashville, and the man
behind many of Shakin' Stevens hits, recently had this to say about the
TT's
"A big hi to everyone. Just a quick line on the TTs debate. I only saw the band
once last year, when I was over in the U.K. It was refreshing to see an electric
bass ( my instrument ), and to hear standards that no one seems to do anymore.
Terry is a top guitarist and surprise, surprise can sing as well, which to be
honest shocked me ! I would recommend them anytime, as not only a cracking band,
but as a truly professional outfit. Keep on rockin' guys." - Stuart Coleman.
A recent appearance at McCoys went down very well. Co-organizer and D.J.
Brian Brain commented on the members usual response by saying "They sit and
watch the bands for the first half hour or so before getting up to dance."
NOT to The TTs though, They were up dancing from the opening
number !!. Other comments expressed on the night were "Good Band, and very easy
to dance to". Visit McCoys website at

After seeing the TTs at the Erith Rock'n'Roll Club, Paree
and Roger Jarvis booked the band to play at the Teddyboys Re-United gig at the

Read a couple of comments sent to Terry.
Thanks for a great gig on Saturday at the Teddyboy Reunion the feedback is
fantastic and along with Flying Saucers you helped make it a great
success.Cheers Terry
What a great night we had at the 3rd Teddy Boy Reunion, the opening band is
never the easiest slot, it's sometimes hard to wake everyone into the spirit of
the night, but you guys did a superb job with an excellent opening set,
unfortunately with Paree & I 'working' we didn't get to see as much as we would
have liked of your set, but what we did see and hear was great, and we had lots
of excellent feedback from the crowd, once again many thanks for
your part in the making of a great reunion.
Rockin' regards to you all
Roger & Parée
D.J. and promoter Glen Ardley recently booked The TTs for
the Erith Rock'n'Roll Club. In the words of Glen "The TTs are spot on, mate.
Old
school Rock'n'Roll the way it used to be. They play the kind of Rock'n'Roll I
personally like to hear"
The TTs have played the prestigious
3R's Club Reading, on a couple of occasions, and went down a storm each
time!!
Jean LeClerc is a respected dance teacher, who also runs
the famous Paris
Rock'n'Roll Club in Waterloo, London, as well as several other venues in
South London. This is what he wrote :-
They were a surprise when I have first heard then playing at the Jukebox Madness
Show 04. Even my friend Keith the DJ (ex Rock-o-la) had never heard them
before. They kept the dance floor busy all Saturday afternoon with strolls, rock'n'roll and Jive from slow to fast tempo. I am proud to have them this
Tuesday. Don't miss it !! Jean Leclerc
The band played Jukebox Madness at Kempton Park
Racecourse in 2004, and were acclaimed the "Hit" of the show. Photo's from JBM
can be seen here. The TTs are
hoping to be re-booked for JBM in the near future.
The TTs have also played several times for Legendary
Rock'n'Roll D.J. and promoter Wildcat Pete at two of his
clubs, Beaconsfield Football Club and Hanworth Royal Naval Club. Pete booked
them after seeing them at JBM.
He introduced the TTs by saying
"This is a band playing Old School Rock'n'Roll the way it used
to be !!"
Both gigs were very well received, and went down extremely well with the Rockin'
crowd.
